Mission Statement

Our mission is to help the underserved individuals, especially the self-employed get the financing they have not be able to get in the past because they write so much on their taxes. Our program allows these borrowers to purchase or refinance property using monthly deposits from their 12-24 months of their bank statements. This gives our borrowers greater buying power.

THE LOAN DIVISION At TME Community Homes is a wholesale mortgage brokerage firm that specializes in Non-QM loans for Small business owners, self-employed individuals, investors, and foreign national borrowers. We work with CPAs, Divorce attorneys, and Tax attorneys to be another resource for their clients. Our other special services are Private/Hard Money loan for borrowers that need money quickly.
